I love to connect to my community through teaching.

  • Individualized learning for teens and adults. We can dive into an array of topics you are interested in or work on mastery of one topic or skill.

    I also offer B'nai Mitzvah tutoring for teens and adults.

  • Book talk on "To the Ghosts Who are Still Living," and workshop on writing as a medium for exploring connection to ancestors.

  • Workshops and learning series for community organizing groups and smaller minyans who want to delve into ways Jewish texts can enrich their community work.

  • Speaking engagements and ongoing adult education for synagogues and institutions looking to enrich their existing programming with earth based perspectives, Torah study, or mystical texts.

I teach on topics of mysticism, nature, ancestral connection, grief and social justice. I specialize in bringing forgotten texts, practices and subjects into the foreground of our Judaism. Learning is hands-on as I incorporate meditation, art and song into my teaching. Inspired by free school pedagogies, I seek to create environments where everyone is a teacher and a learner.

I am a longtime Hebrew school teacher with over 10 years experience teaching kids and teens. I regularly teach adult learners in synagogue and community settings.
